01Step 1 of 4

Discover

We study your business, your customers and your competitors. In a personal meeting on site we learn what makes you special. The direction for everything else comes from that.

What we do: We talk with you, look at your work and your surroundings, and set the direction.
What we need from you: Time for the meeting, your goals and any existing materials, such as a logo or other assets you already have.
Result: The direction for your site.

02Step 2 of 4

Design

Typography, imagery, layout. You see the design before a line of code is written and tell us what you see differently. That way there is no surprise at the end.

What we do: We design the home page and subpages and show you the design.
What we need from you: Your feedback and your approval of the design.
Result: An approved design.

03Step 3 of 4

Build

We build the design with our own system, Forge, without a page builder and without bloat. Photos, image series and copy are made in this phase so that everything fits together.

What we do: We build the site, take the photos, create the image series and write the copy.
What we need from you: Your expertise and answers to our questions, plus prompt approvals. The pace depends mostly on how quickly content and approvals come in.
Result: A complete site with images and copy.

04Step 4 of 4

Refine

Fine-tuning on every device until every detail is right: spacing, motion, load time, phone and tablet. Then the site goes live.

What we do: We check the site on different devices, refine the details and launch the site.
What we need from you: Your final approval before launch.
Result: Your finished site, live.
